Celebrating a year with Leah!

We celebrated Leah's first birthday, at home, with family and few friends. It was a fun time to celebrate her life and all the love we have for her. I wanted to wait until we received the pictures from the photographer, from her one year photo session, before posting the festivities. Hope you enjoy!

Long, late, summer....and a little bit of fall.

Most of you know how crazy our summers can be, so this year we took the opportunity to swing it in gear early by going on vacation in May. We started off with a mini trip to Dollywood, then spent an incredible week, in Orange Beach Fl., with my family. We found an extremely nice condo, for a great deal, that had all the amenities we needed for the week. As if the ocean isn't enough, we had several pools, a huge lazy river and a really fun water slide. Needless to say the kids had an amazing time. If we weren't out playing we were sitting on our balcony. I wish we had gotten more pics, but it was hard with three kids and water everywhere. One of my favorite things from the whole trip was when we put arm swimmers on Isaiah and he just stuck his arms out to the side, shot his legs out at an angle and let the lazy river take him for a ride. He was so little, but so cute. He got a lot of smiles! When we got back our crazy summer began.
Our summer ended with a late vacation, in mid September, with Keith's family. Although it was sad to break our annual trip, with our close friends Doug and Jessie, we had a good time. We did a lot of hanging out in the condo, but spent one day going to Animal Kingdom. Keith had never been, and I knew Isaiah would have a really good time.
We took our first trip, which I hope will become an annual tradition, to Oakes Farm for the corn maze, hayride and bunch of fun other things for the kids. Hope you enjoy the pics. Here are a few of my favorites!

Leah's first swing ride when we stopped at peach park in Al.

No breaks from teeth brushing on vacation.

My niece in one of the cutest bathing suits ever.

Loved the patio!

Violet fell asleep on poppaw riding the lazy river.

Going to lambert's for dinner.

Not sure who this is, but he is on ESPN.

Uncle Justin put Isaiah to bed every night.
